The service
Lasting Lyrics creates personalized songs from customer-submitted stories and creative direction. A private 30–45 second preview is provided free within 24 hours after a complete submission and confirmation. Package selection occurs only after the preview is available.
Your submission
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, pronunciations, relationships, dates, facts, and must-include details. You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit names, stories, photos, and other material, and that the material is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
Creative process
Submitted stories are shaped through structured creative direction, modern music tools, and human review. Reference songs guide broad mood, tempo, energy, and instrumentation only. Requests to copy protected work or imitate a specific person’s voice may be declined.
Timing
The 24-hour commitment applies to the private preview, not necessarily to revisions, final deliverables, alternate interpretations, artwork, lyric video, or optional edits. Needed-by dates guide planning but are not a guarantee unless separately confirmed.
Corrections and revisions
Covered production issues include wrong approved facts, pronunciation errors, missing approved must-include details, and serious audio or file defects. Preference changes, new facts or memories, genre or vocal-direction changes, and major rewrites are discretionary revisions subject to the selected package. Extra work may require a custom quote.
Test-mode payment
The current pilot uses simulated payments only and does not process real charges. Before live activation, payment-provider terms, taxes, checkout disclosures, and fulfillment practices must be finalized.
Delivery and acceptance
Final files are made available through private access after test payment and quality review. Downloading completed custom digital files affects refund eligibility as described in the Refund Policy.
Rights and limitations
Use of final work is governed by the Personal-Use License. Lasting Lyrics does not guarantee copyright registration, absolute uniqueness, or exclusive worldwide rights in a composition or musical style. The service may decline unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive requests.
