Permitted personal use
After purchase and delivery, you may use the final song and included package assets for personal wedding or event playback, personal keepsakes, normal personal social sharing, and sharing with wedding vendors solely for playback or display at your personal event.
What is not included
The license does not permit commercial resale, sublicensing, paid library distribution, claiming authorship or guaranteed exclusive worldwide ownership, unlawful use, or use that infringes another person’s rights. Commercial advertising, broadcast, monetized media, or other business use requires separate written permission.
Your submitted material
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit names, stories, photos, reference materials, and other content. You grant the limited permission needed to use that material to create, review, and deliver your order.
Creative and intellectual-property limitations
Lasting Lyrics does not guarantee copyright registration, absolute uniqueness, or exclusive worldwide rights in a composition, musical style, chord progression, production technique, or other general creative element. Reference songs communicate broad direction and do not authorize copying or voice imitation.
Package assets
Your license applies only to assets included in and delivered with your purchased package. It does not include instrumentals, stems, isolated vocals, source files, or other production materials unless separately agreed in writing.
