Pre-launch notice: This privacy copy is provided for the test-mode pilot and requires professional legal review before public launch.
Information we collect
We collect information you intentionally submit, such as your name, email, optional phone number, event details, names and pronunciations, relationship details, stories, musical preferences, and material needed to produce your song. We also record limited operational information such as order status, preview views, file downloads, payment-test events, and security events.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your request, shape and quality-check the song, provide private preview and delivery access, respond to correction or revision requests, prevent abuse, and maintain an accurate order history. The pilot does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Information about other people
Your story may include personal information about a partner, family member, or another person. You confirm that you have permission or another appropriate basis to submit that information and that it is relevant to the requested song.
Storage and access
Customer stories and files are treated as private. Audio, lyrics, artwork, and other deliverables are stored outside the public web directory where practical and accessed through controlled, token-protected routes. Administrators can access information only as needed to operate the service.
The intake can save an unfinished story draft in your browser's local storage. Required confirmations are not saved. The draft stays on the device rather than being sent to the server, is removed on your next visit when it is more than seven days old, can be cleared from the form, and is removed after the server confirms a successful submission. Avoid saving a draft on a shared device.
Service providers and tools
Production may involve modern music tools and hosting or infrastructure providers. Information is shared only to the extent needed for the service. Live vendors and final data-processing terms must be reviewed and documented before launch.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to create and deliver the order, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. A verified customer may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including private access tokens, access controls, protected storage, secure sessions, and activity logging. No online system can promise absolute security. Keep private links confidential and contact support promptly if one is exposed.
Your choices
You may decline optional information, although missing details can limit personalization. You may ask to correct contact or story details before production, request a new private access link, or ask about retained information through the support contact provided with your order.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the pilot’s providers, retention periods, and launch requirements are finalized. The effective date and material changes must be published before launch.
