Before you buy
The private preview is free. No card is required, and no package is selected before you hear it. Because no payment has been taken, there is nothing to refund before purchase.
Covered corrections
We will correct wrong approved facts, pronunciation errors, missing approved must-include details, and serious audio or file defects. These covered corrections do not consume a discretionary revision round unless an administrator explains and records a different classification.
Creative revisions
New facts, new memories, major rewrites, genre changes, vocal-direction changes, or changes to confirmed information are discretionary. Essential includes no discretionary revision round, First Dance includes one, and Wedding Keepsake includes two. Additional work may require a custom quote.
Refund eligibility
After payment but before final delivery or download, a refund may be considered only if Lasting Lyrics cannot deliver the purchased package after reasonable correction attempts. Completed custom digital downloads are not refundable. Any included revisions remain honored.
