Before you buy
This policy is issued by Fred Web Systems LLC for Lasting Lyrics. The private preview is free. No card is required, no package is selected before you hear it, and there is no obligation to purchase. When checkout is operating in test mode, no real charge is made; any live checkout will identify the payment amount and method before payment is submitted.
Covered corrections
We will correct, at no additional charge and without silently using a discretionary revision round, a material production issue such as a wrong approved fact, pronunciation error, missing approved must-include detail, or serious audio or file defect. Send the request promptly through the private order page or the verified support address so the issue can be reviewed against the confirmed source details.
Creative revisions
New facts, new memories, major rewrites, genre changes, vocal-direction changes, or changes to information you previously confirmed are preference-based revisions. Essential includes no discretionary revision round, First Dance includes one, and Wedding Keepsake includes two. Additional work may require a written custom quote before it begins.
When a refund is available
If a live paid order cannot be delivered substantially as described, we will first make a reasonable effort to provide the purchased deliverables or a covered correction. If we cannot do so, you may request a refund of the affected purchase before final delivery or download. Once approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
A change of mind after the free preview, dissatisfaction with a disclosed creative choice, failure to provide required information, or a request for new creative direction is not by itself a refund event. A completed custom digital download is generally non-refundable because it is made for the individual order, but this limitation does not exclude a remedy for a material failure to deliver, fraud, a charge not authorized by you, or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
If a refund is issued after files were delivered, the personal-use license for the refunded deliverables ends. Stop using those files and delete downloaded copies, except for a copy that must be retained by law or for a documented dispute.
How to request help or a refund
Email [email protected] with the order ID, the problem, and the remedy requested. Do not send payment-card details or the full private story in the initial message. We may verify the requester and ask for the relevant file or private order link. We will not treat a support request as permission to publish your story or song.
Payment disputes and legal rights
Nothing in this policy prevents you from using a legally available payment-provider dispute process, contacting a regulator, or asserting a non-waivable right. We will not describe test-mode activity as a real charge. The final price, taxes, payment-provider terms, delivery expectations, and this refund policy will be displayed clearly before a live payment is submitted.
Hear your personalized preview before you buy. After purchase, we correct covered factual, pronunciation, missing-approved-detail, and serious production issues. A completed custom download is generally non-refundable, subject to the remedies and legal rights described above.
